At ForSalvation, all products are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

If you experience any issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.

If a refund is granted due to a duplicate purchase, technical issue, or other exceptional circumstance, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
